Conlon Eye Institute

During a time when "Wait!" is the answer to almost every request for medical assistance, I found the staff at Conlon Eye Institute to be willing to listen to my personal challenges and needs; they responded with advice and prompt attention. Appointments were long - but the attention to detail and thorough investigation of my situation built confidence and trust. I was treated promptly and with outstanding care. Every person was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. And the outcome of my treatments is so rewarding -- I am now able to read, enjoy movies, drive, and travel with greater ease, confidence, and independence.

I had Lasik done by Dr. Conlon and am so impressed with the results! I went from having to wear glasses or contacts at all times to forgetting I ever wore them. The recovery was quick and easy and I was back at work within a couple days. All of my appointments were on time and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

Today was my day to meet Dr. Conlon to discuss cateract surgery in Swift Current. Appointment was for 10:40, the one nurse took me and put drops in my eyes for NO reason. Good thing I brought a friend with me!! Finally saw him at 12:15 pm, he was obnoxious, arrogant and down right rude! Drove all the way to have him say, well people over 50 get cateracts which is down right false and to tell me I am fine and my cateracts are not bad enough for surgery which could have been told over the phone, instead of wasting my time and gas, after me specifically asking if the consult could be done over the phone in order NOT to waste my time and gas!!! I will find a new Eye Specialist that has manners and doesn't feel intitled!!

I had eyelid surgery that changed my whole outlook on life. My overall vision - especially peripheral is incredible. Incredible difference when driving especially night time driving and also don't feel tired out from eye strain and heavy lids! Dr Conlon did an amazing job - next to no pain at all - healed quickly and looks great. Very kind gentle Dr and explains procedure well. Nurse Ashley and Josh - AWESOME! Such caring, professional and compassionate people. They make the whole experience so relaxing and comfortable. The follow-up phone calls and texts received from Ashley were so reassuring everything was right on track with the healing and to receive a follow up phone call right from Dr Conlon couple weeks later- all very incredible! I have highly recommended Dr Conlon and his team to many people since my surgery 1 month ago!! The Best!

So very impressed with everything at this clinic. The staff are so nice and friendly. I had ptosis repair to both eyes and I was quite nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable. Ashley was awesome. Dr Conlon was professional and kind. Procedure was painless and even though I'm only 5 days out, I can already tell the results are going to be fantastic. I am so happy with my decision to have this procedure done and highly recommend this clinic.
